I have seen 10 years since 2006 what an amazing journey of music they have created and everytime I see them they have no problem hanging out with fans they remain humble and continue to make amazing music

@@Kingofb0ngstyle possibly the best show of theirs I’ve been to was when they did the acoustic tour with Finger eleven about 7 or 8 years ago. I drove two hours north into New Hampshire after working an 8 hour shift on a Sunday. After the show was done, both bands were hanging out in the crowd (it was at a small bar that holds about 500 people) and talking to everyone who wanted to talk to them. It was pretty awesome. My favorite thing about them is that, out of all the bands I’ve ever seen, they have never put on a bad show.
Their last couple albums haven't been very good. But they always manage to pull off some bangers. Jesse still sounds like an Angel. Im glad I was able to meet him, at their show, back in 2013, and get an autograph photo of the band. This song rocks!
With every new song they put out puts a smile on my face. I can't wait for the new album they release 10 years is one of the best. I have been a fan of them since my high school days. I'm glad they are still staying strong after all these years. Love the new song 10 years Forever!
Im a fan since the beginning as well. be honest, do you really feel as satisfied with the last record or 2 as you did with there other records? They used to show such tremendous growth each album, taking risks, trying new things. From birth to burial was absolutely awesome. Tater left the band after that record but matt came back. Very interested to hear how the rest of the record stacks up as the bands non singles are almost always better.
@@wjveryzer7985 I find myself going back to the older records more often, but How to Live as Ghosts is an exception to that rule for me personally. Definitely agree that the non singles are stronger with more recent material, some of the deep cuts off of how to live as ghosts are in my favorites of their entire discography. I can see where you're coming from with them experimenting less, but if they found a sound they like that works, I'm all for it. I have yet to be let down by anything they have put out, and I'm happy that a band I grew up with is still making music I enjoy. All that being said, each album feels unique and special in it's own way to me.
I have been a fan since Wasteland. I have yet to be disappointed by a song, album or show! This is why hands down my favorite band! 10 Years for me is what the Beatles were for my Mom.

10 Years and Alter Bridge are the best bands on the planet and both all time greats that so many still haven't heard of. Easily two of the best live bands in the world as well.

I saw them with Seether in 2018. It was a great set. I won't say I know every song or anything, but Novocaine and Wasteland are always in the rotation. I love this one also!
I like how 10 Years melody is always looking for different ways to present the major key shift. This time surprisingly right before the chorus, instead of the end of it as in "Backlash" or at the end of the bridge as in "Beautiful".

I'm torn. I've always supported and been a HUGE fan of the band and I will continue that with this new album. This really feels like something from FTW with a tad of minus the machine in there. Its a good song. I just miss being blown away by these guys. Id LOVE to see them sort of get a renewed wind in there sails I just fear this really wont do that. Just kind of feels like there going thru the motions a bit especially riff wise and song structure. I do know how lucky we are though that we are getting anything still as tough as this business can be. Id love to see them work with a producer that really challenges them. Like a rick rubin whos most likely to expensive. Maybe ross robinson? Although I would feel bad for the band as that guy is known to be a tad of a nightmare to work with. I'm super curious how much matt contributes writing wise as it seems like a whole lot for it all to fall on brians shoulders.
