Late Development in invertebrate /vertebrate models: Organogenesis- development of central nervous system in vertebrates. Germ cell specification& migration. Developmental mechanism of evolutionary change. Stem cells.
Ye video kafi informative hai sir, however, with due respect there are quite a few things missing/confusing. Jaise ki what are the morphogenetic movements that are observed during gastrulation apart from epiboly, mesoderm is formed during the migration of nurse cells to form the germinal layers also what happens to the yolk plug later? does it disappears or not? PS: a small note on neurulation and notogenesis would be a great help for the students. Have a good day sir.

Sir can you please tell about yolk plug?
When blastopore is formed, endodermal cells can be seen from blastopore in the form of patch, it is called yolk plug.
