One thing to be understood. Man an women are biologically different and god has made them so.A women cannot judge a man and similarly a man cannot judge a women. If we can agree to disagree then everything can possibly be peaceful. Similar situation , a women weeps and attracts sympathy and man looses his temper and he attracts criticism. As long as this aspect is not handled there can be no peace. Even in the matter of bringing up children, mother always tries to control her children and miniplates to go against father. It is god made that man likes his ego to be pampered . If wife understands this she can greatly benefit. Instead if wife criticises the husband day in and out naturally he will sulk and quarrel. Better give each one his/her space.

What uncle is telling is one side of the coin. We should listen to other side also. Police department people normally (99%) don't behave properly with family & with society during their early stage in life. They behave like (ravana) because of muscle & department power. At that point of time they forget that one day (after retirement) they have to back to their people. At old age who will take care. Karma will come back. Karma won't spare anybody. Only 1% or 2% of government employees are leading a happier retired life. These people are those who had mutual respect towards society irrespective of their power or position.
