Also Markus is just a caretaker/housekeeper android, while connor was programmed with hand to hand combat and firearm skills. Connor should be way superior in combat

IDK, If you wanted to make a "Directors Cut" or "Unrated Cut" worthy story out of this, I would have had Connor shoot Daniel in the beginning, Alice shoot Todd, Keep the scenes with Ralph, and the highway chase, Markus takes the warehouse deviants with him but still kills the guards and anyone North (In all her red bloodlust) orders you too, Luther should kill Zlatko himself and gets killed by the cop at Roses house (Noticing you never want Luther alive) Get Connor killed by Carlos Ortiz Android after interrogation, have Connor use the Tracy Head when he's looking for Jericho, and when the right moment comes, get Kara and Alice captured and sent to that camp so that when Markus violent revolution downtown happens the showdown between he and Connor can have more stakes if Markus has to save Kara at the end. If Kara can't be saved if Connor butts in then she can always get into a fight with that guard at the camp before she and Alice wake up in the land fill of death. Too bad this was your last video.
Amanda is evil even if Connor tries his best and does everything she tells him to he still gets replaced and Daniel is pretty much foreshadowing what happens if you play machine Connor
Playing a story mode with Connor being the villain and having Markus be the deviant leader is possible the best story line you could actually have in this game. Get rid of the Kara storyline as early as possible and this game is much more enjoyable.
