His defensive and passing skills are really similar to Al Horford's! i can see him being a really good starter and having success!
I say hes defensive and passing skills does remind me of Al Harford
He is such an intelligent passer, sadly if he was another race people would be raving about how intelligent he is, look at the passes he makes, he sees the court so well and knows what’s going to happen before it happens, I hope my Rockets get him 🚀🔥
Definitely. If he was Chinese or Indian everyone would be talking about him.
Trevion Williams is the same race and talked about as the beat passing big in the league. Don't make this about something its not.
Probably going to the hornets but the bulls need him
Yes we do need him
Kid is special. His work ethic and pure agility for his size is going to take a team to the next level.
Agreed...he just jumps off the screen at you
He definitely has the best mix of ready now and potential. What he has exhibited in college shows the anticipation and how he is ready for each moment. Going from Frosh to Sophomore year nothings changed drastically except his exposure. The spotlights are on Pao, Chet, Jaden, and Jabari but if im betting I'd take Mark as the best pick in the whole draft to plug and play and eventually build with. This young man is an All world center, with 21st century skills, with more than just a bright future, personally I think he has the keys to the kingdom wherever he goes.
Facts
Nice to hear that he compared to Al
@@rahilarora3792 yes it is
Perfect fit in Charlotte with Melo and Bridges. 3 of them together would be nasty in a couple years.
Bridges probs leaving
@@azc56 Hornets will match all offers to keep him.
he’s gonna wind up being in the best pure center from this draft. great rim runner and protector already, add to that he has very underrated touch and feel. watch the film where the play breaks down and mark winds up with the ball, he made the correct play in those few instances.
Yes he does
He’s wholesome dude
Future Hornet Mark Williams
Yes he is
Warriors need a center too...
@@carlosleonardreroma9723 unless Golden State trades up to the lottery for him, someone else will take him. I'm a diehard Hornets fan and I'm high that the GM will at least take a great look at him 🤩✌ also you have James Wiseman 😭
Charlotte should pick him up makes sense
I know that
It makes the most since..agreed
He's the best pure big man in the draft. Size. Effort. Shot 70% from free throw line. He's better than Duren. Holmgren is more of a 4 than a 5.
Yes he is
PLEASE BE AVAILABLE FOR THE CHICAGO BULLS !!!!!!!!!!!
PLEASE!!! But I don't think he is going to make it that far in the draft :( The dream scenario is to get Mark Williams and Kofi as undrafted but that would be 2 miracles!!!
Future Charlotte hornet
This is what i'm talking about let's talk about the 2022 NBA draft that's what folks came for. Yo I was reading folks comments they were saying where is the draft content? Yes sir we don't want to click on this other stuff today. I am not a Duke fan but Mark Williams played good I think Mark Williams may go in the 15-20 range in the NBA draft.
I hope he gets on a team where he can help them. Where do folks think Mark Williams will go?
Hornets
Nah spurs
@@DanielMartinez-vy8fc not in spurs range , let’s he impresses them
Duran
@@selectweekly2351 ☑
The lob finisher and rim protector lamelo needs, hornets don’t mess the up
U guys just drafted Kai Jones last year lol
@@tylermeinhold6384 he is more of a c/pf, we need a true C
Might not even make it past the thunder lol
@@chaoticneutral4729might not even get it right 😂
As a wizards fan we will end up drafting a wing but I would love this kid on the team..I just don’t trust gafford will elevate his game or any of the bigs on the team rn really..
Welcome to the Spurs !
A more skill Deandre ayton big-time rebounder more Athletics top 10 picking my book
More skilled than Deandre Ayton? Ayton was the no.1 pick lol
@@ameerdahbour8794 so basically what I'm trying to say DeAndre is not that good he went number one in a weaker draft
@@moe930 weak draft? The draft that had Luka Doncic, Trae Young, Jaren Jackson Jr., Mikal and Miles Bridges, SGA, Sexton, MPJ, Simons, Robert Williams, Brunson, Gary Trent, Vanderbilt, Bruce Brown and Melton is one of the most stacked drafts in the 2000s
@@ameerdahbour8794 it's only one All-Stars Trey Young Luka doncic Superstar Jerry Jackson Simon also can see them being all stars the rest of them is good role players
You meant more skilled DeAndre Jordan
Asking those questions like a true pro. Right? Way to feed to the big man.
Yes he is
Thunder gonna snag him at 12.
As a Duke and Chicago Bulls fan, Mark Williams to my Bulls would be a picture perfect match. I want the Bulls to draft Mark Williams if he's available because that would be a hit out of the ballparkk if they can do so, but i have a weird feeling they're going to draft E. J Liddell. Mark Williams is the guy i want, but if we can't get him i would take an E.J Liddell.
if charlotte doesn't trade for a big, they'll probably take him since they have 13 and 15. unless duren falls and they take him instead ( i prefer mark williams over duren anyway)
@@diegoscb I agree.
Hornets should draft him for sure. He could anchor the defense, catch lobs from Melo and he shot 72% from the freethrow line last year (20% improvement from previous year). No brainer.
Good stuff
Top 10 if not Top 5 pick
Future rockets
Nope
Spurs might take this smart nice guy instead of tuff mean Duren
tailor made for the hornets
I thought they were on MS Teams at first glance 😂
Potential Rookie of the year and Steals of the Draft 1Mark Williams will surprise many !, Mark Williams is a potential perennial All Star and potential Hall of Famer. He will Probably have his jersey retired at end of career. He will likely Eventually be a go to scorer on the team he is drafted to and then back down to 3rd option on a Championship Team. His Shooting will improve. Steal of the Draft.
2 Shaedon Sharpe likely the best NBA player career out of this year's draft. Perennial All Star, honorable mention:
AJ Griffin will likely be a number one option scorer will have a good NBA career will have a chance to be a Finals MVP and to win a NBA Finals Championships.
Ochai Agbaji will likely be a good number 2 option on a Championship Team will have a chance to win NBA Finals Championships and a chance to win NBA Finals 🏆 MVP will have a chance to have his jersey retired by a Team he will have played for. That's my story and I am sticking to it 😊
Let me be your assistant Mike? I’m tryna do what you do
I wouldn’t mind if the Rockets move up to grab him with there late picks.
Get him to the Warriors
OKC
Future Timberwolf
reminds me Tyson Chandler
Raptors need to trade up and get this guy
I hope they don't, that team is already scary enough with all the length they have at there disposal I don't even want to imagine them adding this kid to the mix. I can already picture nba chev giggling lol.
Don’t let him slip to Miami…
Young DeAndre Jordan goodluck to you youngin
lmao he 10x’s better than deandre jordan ever was
See Kavon Looney type resemblance in his game
He's better defender and longer
lmfao if u don’t know hoops just be quiet and pay attention bro
He has a LOT more bounce and looney isnt a shot blocker like this guy
7 ft 2 height
Golden states warriors scout this dude you need a center....
The need him
Draft Prediction: Memphis 🙏
Memphis would be a weird pick since you already have JJ and Clark. Memphis needs more wing depth, not really a traditional big. He wouldn't get any playing time, now or later.
JJJ and BC are both 4's. Also, Steven Adams isn't longed for the Grizzlies. He'd be an excellent pick for Memphis.
@@fluidsoffornication4636 They are both stretch 4's that play the 5 and that is where the NBA is heading. Steven Adams didn't even play for them until Ja went out. That is because small ball is the superior form of play right now. Even the last 4 teams in the playoffs all play mostly small ball and the teams that have traditional bigs as their main core are out.
@@RedEyesRobotics by no means is Brandon Clarke a stretch anything. He's a terrible 3pt shooter.
@@fluidsoffornication4636 Stretch 4 doesn't necessarily have anything to do with shooting, its about floor positioning and being able to guard multiple positions.
GM's need to go into the draft with a clear mind of what they want, and the potential to develop other needed skills. When it comes to big-men, draft one high if you can give him the ball and let him go get you a bucket - 3-pts don't count. Ability to play with others as in pick-and-roll or pass don't really count because the end of the results depends on you having the right pieces. Deandre Ayton (pick-and-roll with KP) depends on the guards being at the top of their game every night. Post passing skills is great for top 10 plays of the day, but it does nothing for the team. Look no further than the Joker; Denver is a good team and they will be just that!
Future rocket
Goofy asl 😂😂 he coming to Charlotte at 13
Rockets can take him at 3 if they want, but he won't be there at 17
they are not taking Williams at the 3rd 😂😂 after chet and Jabari off the board Rockets are probably going with Banchero you have then the Knicks and OKC ( one or the other will take Jalen
Duren) and then after My Hornets will probably take Williams if Duren is off the board
@@dannytreyjhoo4620 ur prob right
I wish the lakers could get him
