The first jump is in the main trickjumping server, 6.5/10 difficulty and called captureless god. Vault and triple jump both possible
And it is also possible to do a vault on the lower part of the platfrom
This was a while ago but still going to be a great vod

Depending on how old they are, yes, the spring will eventually work-harden over time to the point where an adult could easily break the spring by rocking on it.
Thankfully, i've never broken one myself, though I did accidently uproot the dang thing.. some manufacturers don't actually attach the springs to anything. They just have a long spring stuck in the ground as their only structural support 🤦♂️
I feel like if the thing is unsound enough that my buck thirty is gonna break it, then I should break it with me on it as an adult rather than some vulnerable child.
