I don’t really do too much different during the seasons. I sometimes go through phases where I wear a certain hairstyle a lot (probably too much😂) and I wear the hairstyles your teach a bunch when they just come out. :)
@@LiveLaughLove8489 Same I was thinking that too..part of me feels like nothing will help and I'm doomed to wear top knots for the rest of my life! Lol
I love how you and your sister do this together, it reminds me of all the times I braided my little sister's long hair because she was too young to do it herself but she loved what she saw on your channel
Something weird going on with the audio in this video, there were like two different volumes, or sometimes it sounded muffled? Still enjoyed the content!! Will be doing that braided bun!
My hair has just now gotten long enough to enable me to get on the braid train and two of my favorite braiding UA-camrs cut their hair!! You and Milabu.
Thank you for all the intricate details on the mohawk braid! That was super helpful! Kayley the quality of your content has blossomed with you as you have grown this past year! You are so strong and inspiring!!!
I especially like seeing videos with your sister and the adjustments you make for her. I like to leave my hair down or half up half down in the winter. In the summer I always put it up or swept to the side because I hate hair on the back of my neck in the summer heat.
I’ve been subscribed for a long time. But I’m not gonna lie I stopped watching a long time ago when I cut my hair short. It’s been short for several years now, and I struggle to find quality videos for short hair people. So I’m loving all these tutorials and hair inspo! I can’t wait for all of your videos now!
Oh my goodness! My daughter has waist length hair and I braid her hair in variations of the braided bun everyday for her job! I watched your tutorials all through her high school years and then had 4 years of college “off”. Now I’m back on duty as hairstylist to my star and enjoying catching up with you! More braided updos, please! And I love seeing your sister again!
You're so good at explaining each step! I've been trying to do a double french braid, but having a lot of trouble and how you explained the dutch braid from the second do is going to help a lot!
i think she’s done a star wars tutorial before, BUT i’ve noticed that rey’s hair buns are different in TROS! i’d love to see a newer tutorial from kayley😆
@@roxypicasso66 Yes, Tutorials for the Force Awakens Hairstyle are all over the Internet and Kayley has done two Videos featuring it, but its different in Rise of Skywalker
omg this is so helpful for doing my daughters hair as her dad and not being as creative this really helps so THANK YOU. ow and long hair girl omg you are soooo gorgeous!!!
Love these! I tend to leave my hair down or use a lot more half up do’s in winter so my ears have a little extra insulation (one perk of having a mass of hair). Unless it’s cold enough to need a hat, then it’s either loose or low enough to not get in the way of a hat
I actually have one Pinterest board for winter hairstyles and a different one for summer hairstyles. Can't be doing Leia buns or crazy up-dos when you have to wear a beanie the second you go outside. #swedishwinter
These are so cute! And definitely some styles I'm going to try to incorporate into my rotation. I'm so lazy with my hair in winter. It gets so dry and stringy, all my effort goes into moisturizing and babying it. All I do is loosely braid it or wear it in a soft chignon to keep the ends protected.
I genuinely believe every hair tip/hairstyle I do is learned from you. My coworkers always think I’m a genius at hair but it’s all because of your tutorials😂
I love the last hair style and the mohawk one I do every day for work. It's really similar to one you did previously. I love the braids! More easy braids!
Thanks for explaining more as you went. I sometimes struggle with figuring out how to hide my part lines with my extra fine hair. It can be a challenge to know where to take the hair from as I’m braiding.
Oh my holy hell!!!!!!!!!! I can't believe you did the hair for Safia when she got married! I've just finished her video/vlog of the wedding. You did amazing things! It was so incredible, that I just can't believe it. Plus you made that hair piece. You really need to show me how, cos I love it and want one. Or two. ..maybe three😁. Well done you. You're so bloody talented and I envy you your hair! X
Followup - Did it! My typically uncooperative hair stayed up all day. Plus some compliments from the people I was there with who don't usually get to see me do things with my hair! Thanks!
Yay! Was looking at old winter hairstyles videos on this channel this morning for inspiration 😁 glad to see an updated one, need something that will look cute with hats and scarves
This was so helpful! I'm thinking of cutting my hair short kinda like yours... I'm glad I can still do hairstyles! Do you like short hair more than long hair?
My friend is getting married next month and I have had a hard time choosing how to wear my hair, but I think I will try the long version of the last hairstyle. It looked very nice and not to formal.
I have a question, recently I went to the hairdressers (I only go once a year if that, recently I skipped a few years). And I felt really awkward about telling them how to deal with my hair. Do you have any tips about talking to your hairdresser when it’s something they may have never dealt with before? (My hair is getting towards my knees, and the hairdressers always get a bit confused)
Braids look so good on both of you! Do you think you could do braided hairstyles on black hair? I love these looks but sometimes the look of braids get lost in my dark hair because there's not as much dimension to my color.
The intro and outro clips give me Marilyn Monroe vibes. Maybe it's that messy-ish curl coming off the side of your head that reminds me of her style, idk, but it's gorgeous! Hey can you do Freya's extremely braidaholic God of War 4 hair style?
Well in Melbourne, Australia it is really hot, if you google search there are very bad bush fires at the moment, so it's great to watch winter hair styles in the middle of our summer but could you also do some summer hair styles for those of us around the other side of the world.
First, best wishes for the new year! 🥳 I love the video's ^^ But... Anyone else heard some mic issues? No hate, just wondering. Keep up the great content ladies 😊
was going through your videos and was wondering if you could do a "must have/cant live without hair products" or even just a "favorites" please :) like shampoo conditioner leave in treatments *serums* brushes clips, etc.. please and thank you:)
Hey Kayley! Can you PLEASE do a cornrows hairstyle? Like the one where the hair is flipped to one side and the shallow section has two cornrows on it? Please? I really wanna learn how to do cornrows without turning my hair into a nest.
My go to in winter is literally sweep the big chonk in front of my face back, twist a little, boop forward a bit for a Victorian bump thing, pin with a cute hair accessory. I repeat with the smol chonk on the other side, throw on a hat and go. (I have v long hair so I really miss that extra layer of protection in winter if my hair's up). It's also really easy to fix if I get to work and my hairs completely fallen out of where I put it. Also looks great if I'm doing a lot of filing and need to do a quick braid to flick behind my shoulders; protip if you ever put up your hair and feel like you look a bit too masculine for your taste, try a twist and pin to frame your face. In summer it's all about the scrunchie ponytail and braids. I walk literally everywhere and live on the coast so I never bother with baby hairs because by the time I get to where I'm going, the wind has taken care of it. (By the end of the day I look like a lion, hence the hat to and from work whenever possible...)
This year I took a big step like u and cut my hair a bit lower than my collar bone.... And my hair was really long alwayssss..... And I m loving it I swear.... Para pa pa Paaa🤣 Oh... I wanna ask some suggestions for what hair Color or highlights I should go for?bcz I am brunette
foam rollers. you can sleep on them and even pull hair into a ponytail then twist the hair around them and twist the ends together. best to do while wet or damp.
Yes, you haven't been braiding that much lately, and YES, we need to do that! *Braidaholics unite!*
I love the bubble ponytail! I would love to see a video on the
hairstyles from the new Star Wars movie. :)
Oh my goodness, yes!! That would be so fun!
I saw a video on that recently
Hey Kayley, could you make a "Decade of Hairstyles" video since we're starting a new decade? 😄
Yi Jern great idea
1:25 clip bubble ponytail
4:33 mohawk pony
11:33 braided updo
Kayley: Do whatever kind of bun you'd like.
Also Kayley: No, not like that. Here, let me do it.
😂🤣💐

My exact thoughts

I would REALLY appreciate some ideas for thinner/low density hair! 💛
Kayley has super thin hair
Mo O not thin enough. I have hair that’s see through at my scalp. I use make up to hide it and the braid wouldn’t work like hers.
Jessica She has a whole playlist about thin hair. If you watch more of her videos you’ll see that she uses makeup too, but maybe not as often as you

I appreciate so much showing both short and long hair. Thank you!
I just saw you in Safiya Nygaard’s wedding video... her hair looked absolutely gorgeous! Great job!
So many helpful tips! I love the tip to sweep the hair before putting in a hair tie. I make that mistake all the time!

Anna Laura’s updo makes me miss my long hair! She’s giving me Elsa vibes and I am here. for. it!
i LOVE how the pink in the background matches the purple in her sweater and the blue in her eyes UGH
My hair is up to my shoulders These extensions feel and look great!!!!! And the eyelashes are AMAZING!!! ♥️
Omg the bubble braid. So fricking cute! LOVE LOVE LOVE!

Love all of your videos! You should try recreating the hairstyles from the new little women movie!!!
^^ yesss!!
Have been rocking the bubble ponytail several times this year 🥰
I want long hair to do the updo!!! I love it so simple, but it really looks fancy and like you did a ton of work in the best way possible
The last one could look perfect for a wedding
Hey Kayley, could you please do hairstyles for rainy weather. Curls don’t last during that time :/
Thank you so much!! I live in the northern states so it’s always cold, wet or snowy during winter so again thank you!
I know this has nothing to do with the video, but you did an amazing job on Safiya’s wedding hair! Both styles were absolutely gorgeous! 💕
I Love these extensions!!! The hair is so thick and easy to put on💕
I really dont do a lot of different hairstyles, but i do double french braids for softball in the summertime
The bubble pony.. I'm obsessed! I have short hair now so I'm happy to have another option. 😊❤️
You're so good at explaining each step! I've been trying to do a double french braid, but having a lot of trouble and how you explained the dutch braid from the second do is going to help a lot!
Please do Rey's hair from rise of Skywalker. I love that one, it's so wearable for everyday but I can't do it
Yes please! I need that for a costume party and I can't figure it out and also so far I haven't seen a tutorial for it anywhere
She already has a tutorial on that
i think she’s done a star wars tutorial before, BUT i’ve noticed that rey’s hair buns are different in TROS! i’d love to see a newer tutorial from kayley😆

I love these braids! I love the fact I can use these with my curly hair! ❤️❤️
Been rocking a lot of dutch braids and rope braids lately, also surprisingly space buns when wearing my ear muffs

love the 1st one. it reminds me of jasmine's hair on aladdin. plus I always loved clips!
It's very interesting how you and your sister look so much alike but still like two totally different people.
This bob is SO versatile! Is there a video describing your cut? NEED.
OMIGOSH I *NEED* MORE HAIR CLIPSSSSSS ♡
GIRL, I just saw saf's video and you did great!!!
100% practicing the last one for my business trip next week. I need that hair in my life.

Winter hairstyles? Yes, sounds like just what I need :D

Super cute hairstyles💗💗💗
You did an absolutely stunning job on Safiya's hair for her wedding! ❤
Your lip color!! Love your ideas 👍🏼
Kayley can you show us how to hide the bobby pins so perfectly coz i cant do dat 😣 btw awesome tutorial!!♥️
"It's like stealing joy from tomorrow" - HAHAHA! You're so fricking cute.
Gahhhh I need you guys to tell me where you’re getting you’re clothing from!!!!
This is so classic Kayley Melissa. I love more braided looks ❤️
I love these!😍 Your sister’s top is gorgeous! I want one too! That first hairstyle reminds me of Rey from Star Wars!😍💖✨
The bubble ponytail looks little like Daenerys' wedding hairstyle
I will definitely try that braided updo on my sister 😍

Damn ur STILL doing videos I used to watch ur vids in 7th grade and now I’m 21 n about to graduate college CRAZYYY
You should do a video where you follow your old tutorials! Kinda like how Whitney Simmons followed her old diet plan
I love the braid down the middle. Shame I don’t have enough hair for that.
