Okay. A little context then
James has been playing/streaming a lot of GTA 5 RP (roleplay) for the past 2 yrs. HOA is the not-a-gang gang he founded and is in. The people he is playing with are members of the same group. He doesn't upload those vids because they are super long and near impossible to cut. Hence the joke. I hope this is a good enough explaination.
HOA = Home owners association = Hogs of Anarchy.
