Good job on manual holding. Getting back to flying after after thirty years( logged 8000+ hours). I remember manual holding and your presentation is a great refresher using a glass cockpit. I use your fun animations as a useful distraction that can be substituted for a realistically environment when flying in IFR conditions. Great job.
Nice video showing how to use OBS for hold. I disagree with how you entered the hold however. When you reached JTEEA intersection you should have turned left to outbound course for a parallel entry. You turned right and did not stay in the protected area.
Thanks for the comment . I am redoing the entire g1000 series now for the updated aau. In my new vids I disclose I am not a pilot so I will not follow proper procedures the main goal of the series is to help people understand and use the g1000 avionics suite. Thanks for the info tho .
