1.Download the "LOY PLay" app from App Store or Google Play
and install it.
2.Plug in the power bank for your backpack
3. Use your mobile phone to turn on Bluetooth to connect to thebackpack device
4.Design your content via App,sednd it to LED backpack once done

How to turn on this backpack? If I unplug the USB from the socket, it immediately turns off.

I used to bag as an advertising tool. The application I use with the bag is not simple enough to hold the content but has enough space for content. It seems to act as if it won't allow me to advertise one of my products

Where can I download free animated wallpaper except from this loy space app
We can do that through the "Upload" function, open "LOY SPACE" App --->Upload ----> then we can upload pictures or animations or videos.
For example, we can download free animated gifs from Google and upload them to the backpack.
But please note that the LED screen is 64 *64 pixels. So if the image is too complex, it will be a bit blurry, so don’t upload too complex images.

The application lawyer space will not work properly for a scheduled program. Orderly adds pictures on the product bag.
Try to use the latest LOY Space app to publish the program , it can adjust the sequence of the program.

My screen isnt showing full image amd its blur how to fix it
The pixels of the LED screen are 64*64, so it is recommended that the uploaded pictures should not be too complex or too large, otherwise they will be blurry. we recommend that the image size is 64*64 pixels, because the screen has a total of 64*64=4096 lamp beads, which means that it can display up to 4096 luminous points.
@@Welaso no like the animation on loy space i was using it all was good but suddenly all get blured and it was not fully display
Regarding your screen not showing the full image, you can do a test by following steps:
Open the "LOY Space" App --> click Free Draw --> free draw to fill the entire screen --> click "Send", the check whether it can be fully displayed
@@Clement_0204 Do you mean that when using the animations on LOY Space, it's clear at the beginning, but after a while, it would turn to blur and it was not fully display, right?

This application acts and behaves as if is a person and not AI on the other end. It seems to not allow me to advertise a particular product out of three or four I used to sell
Open the "LOY Space" APP, enter "Programs" interface, select a program, and then click "Single" to loop the program you selected.
I am having some problems with connecting with the bluetooth model of the backpack.
I do have a couple of questions:
1. Should I remove the LED Space app and replace it with the LOY Space app?
2. The backpack appears functional and still runs the programs from the previous app, but I can not establish a connection to it. Not with the old app (LED Space) or the new app (LOY Space). Is there a way to fix this? It may have been outside on a 32°C (90°C) day, but it was inactive during the weather. Could the heat have damaged the board?
1. The latest App is LOY Space. LED Space is old version . so use the LOY Space.Suggest to delete both APP and then reinstall LOY Space.
2. Normally ,it will not be damaged during hot weather.
There is a possibility that when the power bank's power is too low, it will be unable to drive the Bluetooth module, causing the mobile APP to be unable to find the Bluetooth hotspot. Please try again after fully charging the power bank. The power bank must have an output of 5v /2A

@Welaso so the following actions were take.
- LED Space and LOY Space were un-installed.
- LOY Space was re-installed.
- The 5V/2A power bank, which I have used for over a year with this device, was fully recharged. It does meet the power requirements of the device.
- My phone was restarted.
- They LOY Space app can find the backpack's signal, but it is still not connecting.
It looks like I'm going to need to create a video. It's going to be tricky since I only have one phone.

@Welaso this worked. But using the new LOY app didn't clear out the old animations.
What I also did was reboot it while the battery was on.
I am glad to see that it is connecting and that there was a firmware upgrade. I did the upgrade, but the animations probably need to be cleared out. I'll let you know know if I'm successful.
