I actually took the time to read some of the rules and I don’t agree with a few. One said; no laughing for no reason.
But like, what if you thought of something funny and laughed? Do you have to explain why? And technically that’s still a reason right? Another one was: “murder is prohibited within the area” (or something of the sort) so does that mean that if you take someone *outside* of the area then murder is prohibited? Another one is “running is prohibited” and “walking too fast is prohibited” (or something) but what if ur in danger and you need to run? And “fighting without permission is prohibited” but like what if a random person just jumps on you and starts attacking? Are you not allowed to have self defense? Also there is “do not smile foolishly” but what if I just *feel* like smiling or that you’re just in a good mood? There is also a rule of no slouching or sitting improperly. I always slouch so I wouldn’t survive a day 😂. I think it’s a good habit to sit properly but not as a rule where you can get a beating because u didn’t follow them. I also disagree with the “no smirking” rule. THEN how are u supposed to flirt with them gurls/bois? How is Wei Ying gonna flirt with his husband Lan Zhan if he can’t smirk? AND another rule says “do not be of two minds” (after some research I’m pretty sure it means you can not have two different opinions on something) for example, masks. I am being of two minds about masks because I think they are good and l like them because they protect me, but I also don’t like them because they are uncomfortable. What if you’re unsure? What if you can see pros and cons so u neither agree nor disagree? This rule isn’t good for me and I disagree with it because I am ‘of two minds’ for a lot of things. I am indecisive and it can take me a while to form a clear and defined opinion on something. I usually have mixed feelings about in thing as well. There are many more rules that I had found a bit ridiculous but I am not going to list them all. Over 4,000 rules. Wow. That is a whole lot.
