@@isweatsyo the cloudflower should be at the start of the level on a podium it should have a glowy aura and it looks like a cloud with a stem when you touch water it disappears and you shake the remote to spawn a cloud I hoped this helped
Wait is you mario galaxy modded because on your gameplay the flowers are not popping up where there supposed to be if so delete any mod to see the flowers mightve been from the previous video hardest level in mg2 it mightve deleted the flower so make sure you delete the mods
