Hey guys. So I am looking at what your body needs to be able to do to effect these defenses. I have issues with outside hip rotation, a combination of old knees, bad genetics, maybe too much soccer and cycling and a dash of laziness as regards stretching. That said, I have been working on being able to squat deeply and I can see where this really helps in being able to close the hip to armpit space and also get the leg back in. Just my advice those as stiff as I am. Also noticed in the "live action" you pulling your lasso foot into place with your arm. That needs to be instinctive for me.
I need to drill that inversion. It feels so cool when you thwart someone with an inversion.
