Why are the Diamondbacks playing Nick Ahmed over Jordan Lawlar?

The Diamondbacks have not gotten much production from the left side of the infield in recent days, but top prospect Jordan Lawlar is playing extremely well in Triple-A Reno. Why have the D-backs not called him up yet? We dig into some possible reasons and why we are still baffled that he has yet to break into the majors.

Lawler is hitting below .100 in MLB. I know he needs to play, and he brings defense, but at this point he's no better than Ahmed right now offensively.
