I'm a Guard 40K player, but I've always liked the fantasy fluff.
Oh cool. I've been collecting Guard for some time. Can you give some tips in what NOT to do when playing Guard?

@@PhantomRaider100 Do get Leman Russ Demolishers and Leman Russ (normal cannon), Basilisks, and Wyvern for sure. My taste is to run Horde guard...6 or more platoons of Cadians, but thats fun for me. You can't go wrong with the vehicles I listed, but you may not want to run horde Guard. Other Guard players i know run Ratlings, Heavy Weapons Squad, Elite Infantry...etc. I run platoon command squads with boltgun for the commander and nothing else. My squads have boltguns for the sergeants, one meltagun, and that's it. Lots of armor, big artillery, and horde infantry, but again that's fun for me. The nice thing about Guard is variety. With my list, you won't win em all, but you will destroy Orks utterly, beat Space Marines most of the time, break even with Chaos, and never beat Eldar (I did once, but my opponent's dice was aDeaths trike! Edit: I was gently reminded by an Ork tournament player that he utterly destroyed me, but that's because he cheated with those wagon things that Orks somehow hammer together. Let's say for accuracy I beat Ork horde lists most of the time, not if they are vehicle heavy.

Very nice, back when I actually played the tabletop I started with lizardmen (they are honestly the coolest Faction in Warhammer Fantasy imo), but cause my friend also played them I wanted to Switch to the woodelves (I love their approach to warfare and am a Hippie myself) but then changed my mind and became a Tombking Player (R.I.P.). Now in AoS I may have made the wrong decision but I'll forever stand for Settra
Add in dwarves and you have my favourite 4 races

As some other UA-camrs mentioned before, Ariel is probably not going to be the LL for the same reason as the phoenix king. The sisters are a great idea tho. Even if it is indeed Ariel, the sisters hopefully are part of the dlc too.
