Making Samoosas

In this video my wife Anneli shows us how to construct a samoosa. (Or samosa if you're not from South Africa:) You can find the pastry skins at your local Indian or middle eastern store and you can use whatever filling of curry or whatever you want. The glue is just a simple mix of flour and water. So much fun is to be had experimenting with different fillings. Just fry in oil and you're the talk of the party!!
