Maybe the players need to put their hands up instead of always blaming the head coach. It's all the 13 players on field & 4 bench warmers that are doing the damage not the coach. The coach can't run onto the field & play the game for them. The players are paid well enough to know how to play footy & get combo's working along with their attack & defence. It's never the players fault but it's always the coaches fault
The Dragons should have fired Griffin at the start of this season, because now he is in limbo. Telling Griffin we are going to the market and looking for interest next season, is basically saying we have no confidence in you. I would imagine the only way for Griffin to keep his job at the end of the season is if Dragons either wins the premiership or reach the grand final, and given the way they are playing, i can't see them in either of the 2 scenarios, therefore Griffin is as good as gone. Lastly, doing all this the Dragons have caused a media circus, because now at the end of each Dragons game win or lose, all the media questions will be about whether 'Griffin can keep his job' and this is a huge distraction for the club.

Awkward because Gus hooked Griffin when he was at the Panthers...
Bit rich from gould considering he personally has seen two of coaches shown in the clip, fall on their sword under his "leadership".
Trent Barret cant even coach under 6's I cant see why he is even there in any clubs role..... LOL
