we all have those problems even as a minister I have to be intentional about studying the bible and praying. we can easily be distracted by our everyday lives. One of the best things to help is just pick a time and a place in your week to get away from it all and study and pray. Also we need to call on God and ask Him to help us to do better. We can't really fix anything without His help. Thank you for watching hope this channel blesses you. I just started a weekly study on here through Psalm 119 which is the longest chapter in the bible.
