Yes, goals, policies, rules and handbooks exist. These are about being a good employee though. What does a good follower mean?

True, employees don’t elect their leaders. On the other hand, leaders don’t become leaders if they don’t fit the company’s culture. So, there is a relationship between the type of leader and the type of employees in a firm.
