But this video made me rethink my approach to my brother's upcoming memorial service. It is so spot on! It elicits the very feelings, memories and atmosphere that I aspire to for my tribute to my brother. Thanks!!
For all those who liked the introduction. I made something like it by finding a wide nature photo of where the person was born and then slow panned left to right over it in iMovie using the Ken Burns effect while using the Title Text feature to add the titles. That way you get some movement, and a sense of place and history at the beginning of the video and it's very personalized. I did something similar at the end of the video except I used a nature photo of where the person lived at the end of their life. Nature pic is good for both personalization and it's timeless (ex. nature looks the same now as 90 years ago, so it's fitting at the beginning).

I just made one. I used iMovie. I played the piano background music myself and recorded it on my iPhone and split the audio from the iPhone movie and attached it to the video. That way you don't run into music copyright issues (ex. say on UA-cam). You'll have to adjust the Ken Burns effects in iMovie because the auto panning has to be tweaked by hand. Make sure the song you play has a lot of repetitive parts so you can spit clip and repeat as needed to fit the length of the movie. Start the video with a wide picture of nature/forest where the person was born and slow pan over it during the introductory text. End the video with a picture of where the person lived at the end of their life and slow pan over it during the ending text.
