My father is selling a property in Mexico (lives in Mexico) and would like to give my sister and I equal shares of monies from the sale. From what I gather a wire transfer would be best, however the buyer resides in the states and my father would like for the buyer to (give)wire the funds to us directly and avoid having to later transfer the money from abroad. Any suggestions?.
