They talked about dungeons way back that they are sets of tiles hand crafted and then put together, so in theory they can do procedural dungeons like they did in AOC but otherwise they use there custom tiles to make each dungeon

I noticed this my first time playing NMDs in the beta. I don't think it's new news that the dungeons are made of assembled, pre-made rooms. They have different blocks for each thematic group, and just stich them together.
It's not an inherently bad thing, it just makes it that much more infuriating that they already have the assets required for procedural generation, yet for some insane reason refuse to use procedural generation as most other ARPGs implement to keep dungeon delving fresh. (Like, um... DIABLO 2 and 3 for example!)

The shrine exploit is the least problem as everyone can do that. There is a big discrepancy in clear speed between the console and PC player as Sorcerer in the console has a much shorter Teleport distance, PC player with a wide screen monitor can travel the furthest. Barb player from Console can do the WW swap and pick up the shrine and key faster. Players are already handicapped by their hardware by design. What was Blizzard thinking of releasing a competitive game mode with cross-platform players? They need to create separate leaderboards for players from different platform

DEI hires don't know how to create new content...... Same mobs, same dungeons, same BS! 10 years to develop this game..... think about that...
