Our goal is to have the highest net pay for the owner-operator. The "high" gross does not matter much if you are running 2 ELDs, risking your life and your safety score, and spending $2000 in fuel.
I run less miles and still spend over 1k in fuel a week. How is your driver spending so little on fuel? I'm getting fuel with my discount at about 3.10 a gallon
It could be for a variety of reasons. Could be that they filled up their tanks on the last day of the last billing period. Could be they are paying with their own money. I really don't question them about that. But if you take all weekly settlements together and get the the average it will be right there around 1k a week.

what is the program called that you use to sign your documents in your live dispatcher videos
Someone tell me if I'm missing something. If you had a truck payment and insurance you would be making closely to a regular company driver?
You are absolutely right about making, but working ... you would be working twice as much as a company driver ... believe me!
@@bogdanbogunovic3995 I get that but if your gonna be OTR you need the revenue to support the truck.
Truck year required?
Do you have any team drivers as well or just solo drivers? Would be nice to know what the difference in income would be for both
Currently, we only have solo drivers

You are dispatching for one company or multiple companies?
As long as the driver is happy about it, it should be all good.
