I know how hard it is to lose a parent and I think its beautiful that you are able to express your emotions through the music! Thanks so much! I was actually working on my arrangement of "Visiting Hours" but it got put to the side with releasing original music. I will get to it asap though. Thank you; losing my mother was extremely difficult and her absence is a pain that will be there forever, but, I am okay with that. It makes sense that her absence would cause this; she was everything to me. Since she passed, I have had a very blessed life and have done my best to live it to the fullest; this cover of Supermarket Flowers actually led to me releasing an entire album dedicated to her titled, “Penni Rae” in attempt to share her legacy the best I know how, with song.
Your words of saying “she is proud of me” hit home and I appreciate them so much. Above all the things you said in this comment, I want you to know I value what you shared about your mother most. Thank you for sharing this with a complete stranger; I don’t take this lightly and value your transparency. I am sorry your relationship is shaky at the moment, it sounds like a difficult situation and I am deeply sorry she isn’t understanding your depression.
