I am sure that if I wanted to do so, and enough lead time, I could get Father Gabet to do it at My home church if I asked for a privet mass for my family, the motu proprio provides me the right to that and its on the religious leaders to try to provide for it if they are asked.
I think we should grow the community at sacred heart first its very fledgeling for the daily mass, we need more people to start comming and get the word out, that is where we must start, if you ask me.

Well what I had in mind was a special sunday mass that will be advertised well in advance and well planed out like we would do when we have a special guest like one of the people from ewtn or special artist like tajac or matt price visit our parish. I want to do it to garner interest, Father Gabet agreed he might do it if I can arrange it and get the premission from our rector to barrow the church for it, that is to have another priest say mass at it, and see if people would like to do it often

I know there is, That is part of the reason Father Gabet is in Fort Wayne, and there are workshops by the socity of the cannons regular of St John Cantious of Chicago they are a socity bent on preserving the old ways for the future as that is our honored heritage.
I just dont get enough support for a latin mass though, I try to expose the kids to the latin responses when I serve the english mass, I reply in latin, and tell them about it hopeing to spark intrest in it for the future.

it would be nice if I could even get a mass around here to be like the ewtn mass, the main parts of the mass are latin, and the responces are in latin, its very unique, i think its a 1970 hybrid though, but its not that hard to learn the parts for the priest even if they dont know latin since its just the responces and not the whole thing.

therefore we just dont have enough priests around that can do it, let alone want to do so as they have been too influnaced by the ways of the novas ordo. It will take time for the movement to spread, and the Saint Mother Theodora Gurrin community is getting more visiters all the time, also the Sunday mass is the largest draw for Sacred Heart at the 11:30 Tridentine mass they do a low mass like they do during the week one sunday, and a missa cantata every other, though is not with a full group

I know it is, I am saying just haveing either mass in latin would be nice, there is a tridentine mass in fort wayne where I sometimes attend, but my home parish is just a novus ordo with a very kind very pious priest who comes from Mangalor India, he is definetly not liberal but does things a bit differant, like bowing to the tabornacle, he just bows and not genuflects like the older priests do, or lighting all the candles for a solemnity they only do it on the actual day not the vigil often.

Thank you for posting this...I was there and it is a memory I will treasure..Do you know if this is available for purchase (the CD)? I would love to have it..The congregation, from all different backround singing the Credo together in Latin was a moving and beautiful experience. I had an Englis/Latin Missal while the lady in front of me had a Spanish/Latin Missal, all 1962. The unity of parts of the Mass in Latin is unmistakeable..I hope they mandate some parts in Latin in the NO Mass as well.

While Father Andrew expressed interest in learining it, it isn't that simple, he is not trained in the rite, and Father George Gabet only has soo much time since he has to cover an area ove 100 miles in lenth as being the Priest from the Fraternity. there is one more that is following Father Gabets footsteps though he has about three years left in his seminary training from Sacred Heart Parish where the community has its home.
And most of the older priests that can celebrate it are retired.

The celebrant seems to be wearing some form of sports shoes!! Quite bizzare and incorrect.
