Thank you Stacey, that is very helpful. Can I ask, you know how you had the "Reflection" notes in both days - did you have to copy/paste that to each day or is it set to automatically populate everyday?

You can create custom "templates" in NotePlan: help.noteplan.co/article/136-templates. Some people get fancy with their templates, but mine is simply some headings and prompts like you see in this demo :)
In addition, I have set some text replacement shortcuts on my Mac to quickly insert text snippets that I use often. I show that at the end of this video: ua-cam.com/video/DQbLkCzveYI/v-deo.htmlsi=b7-J_2sUgB5eepga&t=492
