the fastest way to remove 90% of stress in your life is to remove the television and social media from your home. then you can spend your time on the 10% of real issues that might be bothering you, and resolve them.

The most stressful part of my life was trying to keep my 2 children alive, (I donated a kidney to my son) and my daughter had a drug overdose at the age of 18, could not talk, walk, blind, feeding tube wheelchair for 20 years, I visited her almost every day and took her home for visits, my son died at the age of 28, my daughter died at the age of 38. Spent many nights in hospitals and many days in a nursing home.
My passion is supporting all the young women who need an abortion but have to deal with our backward laws. I had to abort when I was a teen or my father would have murdered me and my boyfriend.

i am actioning that Rabbi thanks to your guidance but yes due to my anxiety i am so tensed almost can not breathe sometimes the closer i get to my plan . sometimes feels i just can not breathe almost - so i dont know if i will have enough to carry me through . its better to risk than choke in my current job and environment but still . how do i keep going
