Your job with the feathers is fantastic! At the end, it looks like the bird's just preened itself.
    Great job!
    Thanks for sharing.

Love your videos. Very enjoyable to watch. Would you be able to do a video mounting a magpie? Also wondering if you could comment on bird eye size selection with different sized birds of he same species. Thanks for being so willing to share your talent and experience:)

Hi Steve. Thanks for the comments. My videos and mounts depends on what my clients bring in , so unfortunately I don’t have any magpie in the list , but I do have a Raven in near future. I also have done couple of more Ravens in my old videos . But any bird I get in that is the first time fir video I will film it for the channel collection. About the eye size fir bird mounts, there is no secret, I usually measure the eye size after I skinned them bird. Eye sizes are usually the same but since I always measure for every bird so I don’t try to guess them.

I have a question what do you do with the meat from the little birds and the birds of prey like owls and eagles

All birds meat will end up in landfill and become Gulls and other scavenger food.

What chemicals do you use to treat the bird's skin?
