    𝐈𝐍𝐆𝐑𝐄𝐃𝐈𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐒:
    𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐂𝐡𝐨𝐧𝐠𝐚:
    * All-Purpose Flour (मैदा) - 1 Cup
    * Salt (नमक) - 1 Pinch
    * Ghee (घी) - 3 Tbsp
    * Water (पानी) - Some
    * All-Purpose Flour (मैदा) - 4 Tbsp
    * Ghee (घी) - 4-5 tbsp
    * Oil (तेल) - For Frying
    * Desiccated Coconut (नारियल बुरादा) - Some
    * Pistachios (पिस्ता) - Some
    * Almonds (बादाम) - Some
    𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐒𝐮𝐠𝐚𝐫 𝐒𝐲𝐫𝐮𝐩:
    * Sugar (चीनी) - 1 Bowl
    * Water (पानी) - 1 Bowl
    * Cardamom Powder (इलायची पाउडर) - Some
    * Saffron (केसर) - some
    * Kewra Essence (केवड़ा एसेंस) - some
    𝐑𝐄𝐂𝐈𝐏𝐄:
    𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐒𝐮𝐠𝐚𝐫 𝐒𝐲𝐫𝐮𝐩, in a pan, put Sugar & Water, when Sugar gets melted, put some Cardamom, Saffron, Black Cardamom & Kewra Essence in it. Cook well & make the sticky Sugar Syrup like Gulab Jamun Sugar Syrup.
    𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐒𝐚𝐭𝐚/𝐏𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐞, take a bowl & put All Purpose Flour & Ghee/Oil. Mix well & make paste.
    𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐂𝐡𝐨𝐧𝐠𝐚, take a bowl, put some All Purpose Flour, Salt, Oil & mix well. Bind the dough by adding Water. Cover it & give rest for 20 mins.
    Then make dough balls & roll them. Apply paste on rolled chapati & dust some All Purpose Flour on it. Then put another chapati on it & apply paste on it as well. In the same way join 5 Chapatis together & cut it into strips & fold them by applying some paste on them. Joint the adages well & roll them again. Fry them in the medium heated Oil/Ghee until turns golden in color & crispy. Put them into lukewarm Sugar Syrup for 2-4 minutes. Garnish with chopped Dryfruits, Desiccated Coconut & spoon of Sugar Syrup. In this way, Perfect Tasty & Juicy Satpura/Chonge/Khaja will get ready.
