Are you Scared or Happy that BOSTON wants to pass rent control?

City of Boston is proposing to control rents and the out-of-control large landlords. I am all for it, but we have to be careful not to make wrong moves and make it harder for people to rent because there aren't any rental properties available. I am glad they are excluding small Mom and Pop landlords.
