As someone who creates guided meditations for a living, I can say these tools are very interesting to optimize my workflow, but they certainly cannot be used without a lot of fine-tuning. A good meditation script has to be carefully crafted to obtain the desired effect, unless you just want to generate simple relaxation in the listener, in which case maybe Ai can do the job. But the most important thing is the voice. I feel AI is not yet capable to deliver the subtle changes of tone and pronunciation needed to really be effective in guiding a meditation. We will probably get there, but it's a tricky one!
Yes, as a meditation facilitator myself, I fully agree - the human voice is much too subtle and thus highly effective in inducing the relaxation response.

Thank you for step-by-step and easy to understand videos. I'm a mindfulness coach and breathwork teacher and really needs further guidance on how to create content and get my message out there.
I can see how these videos may be perfect for beginning meditators who just want something short to start their day. The music and voice did not do much for me and it actually seemed like alot of work. I also wander if the script is unique enough to avoid demonetization. I recently got my channel demonetized for "re-used content" which from YT perspective, just means the video seems too similar to existing content out there. And YT neither tells you how specifically you violate policy nor tells you which videos. so real guessing game. I've meditated for almost 50 years and am trained hypnotist as well and the wording/language, cadence, various advanced techniques like metaphors, etc. is what makes the best meditations on youtube, IMHO.
