Upset with the results so far, but I definitely see why the players believe in Coach Doug...
The ones that are saying that hes too happy are whatever is completely blind to a small but bigger picture, if you stay upset every day, then your mind aint gonna be clear and you aint gonna be doing anything right, which is why staying aggravated about how things are aint a smart thing to do cause only worse things is on the other side of that. He aint ignoring the situation and he knows that hes gotta get the team in a better standing on the score board, but he cant just keep staying mad and beating himself every day just cause of the standing cause only worse things comes out of that thinking! All he needs to do is get the team aggressive and start building the wins, and do everything he can to stop the losses. Not every game is gonna be perfect, there'll be mistakes, but cant let it get to you, just gotta keep playing smart.
Exactly! And the same ones that are saying he was too happy were complaining when he was cranky in the press conferences

The Jags are just better off with Miller and Oluokun at LBs. Might as well put a little more weight on Devin and have him rush the passer
I'm liking this also. Use foye and ventrell as true lb's and free up Lloyd to go in coverage or become a free pass rusher.

talk about TWO tackling machines. both of them on the outside. but gotta figure out something with the middle then. cuz lloyd aint it
@@gangsterelmoman Lloyd hasn't been very good in coverage 😞. Pass rushing may fit him better on a blitz
@@BillyL thats the issue. homey sucks in coverage. but you want those quick hitters on outside.
