S2, 3, 4 keeps Poo (dendal) off the floor, that way you remember both nerve name AND function. LOVE your videos btw!!

Even after dissecting a cadaver in my First year of Medschool, I think this has helped me understand things far better.and all of this for free! Everytime I have some doubt in the anatomy of any structure, I come here. Can't thank the creator enough. 🙏

Thanks so much for the nice pace of explanation and the beautiful rotating models. One of the hardest things for me is visualizing threespace from a flat textbook drawing -- your models help more than I can tell you.

I want to make one comment. Some anatomist's call the fibers that surround the urethra and vagina as "pre-rectal fibers" which they say are part of the puborectalis muscle. This description certainly makes more sense to me than thinking of these fibers as part of the pubococcygeus. I hope that you will clarify this point of difference.

Can someone Please help me... I have this pain in my rectum. Started out as a pressure, lasts two or three seconds, goes away, then just comes and goes throughout the day, on and off. Over time, changed from pressure to a sharp stabbing pain. Not excruciating but not fun.Thought it was my prostate, had that exam, but he said it felt fine. I even had a colonoscopy back in August (for a stomach ache), and all they found was a bengin polyp. I don't know what to do. I just hope it's not serious
