Hakone Wet Flower Garden June 2024

In June, just before the onset of the rainy season, I visited the Hakone Wetland Flower Garden. Hakone is prone to rain, and the weather was gloomy that day. It was halfway through the season, when the Hakone rosebay and the Iris ensata were past their full bloom and the Japanese honeysuckle had just begun to bloom. Even so, the fresh greenery was beautiful and a fresh breeze was blowing.
There was a display of mountain hydrangeas. Although not showy, they had small but beautiful flowers. I have listed the names as far as I could tell.
