I just bought an HDwificamPro from Temu, but mine has no power button or any other buttons except a reset clip in the back. I simply can't figure out what to do to get this to go to remote access or hook to a hot spot. It is supposed to be able to do both. I got the camera to work as long as it's plugged into the actual router but that's it. The app is pretty much the same as it shows on yours. Do you have any ideas off the top of your head? I am so clueless, but need this camera ASAP because my granddaughter is coming to stay and she is very ill and I need something to be able to use when I am out of the room, that I can see and hear her. The Router is in the main area of the house, but the camera needs to be in her room, which is too far to run a USB. I am desperate and after fighting with this thing since I bought it, and watching every video I have found, I am out of time. She will be here in 2 days. I know it would be easier to go get one at Best Buy, but I just don't have the money for ones that they sell. I don't know if you can even help me, not knowing the actual version of the camera I have, but if you have any ideas for me to try, I would be most thankful.

My camera with usb wire on, on/off shows red color always on, screen shows on line, but when i press to see the image, it's black screen with white circle spinning, just like what you had in the video. I don't know what the problem is. :(

Are there any users on Android where the Motion, Alarm and Push functions work successfully without any issues? If so, does this require any extra tricks beyond the usual settings? My camera also uses HDWificampro. In addition to HDWificampro, most cameras also partly work with the GOODCAM, VI365, 365CAM or XIADOU apps, but absolutely NOT with the V380pro, V380 or V380 lite app. That camera is much better in image quality and app functions, but a completely different product. The case is exactly the same but fake, a counterfeit of the original V380/V380pro series. The HDWificampro author has not managed to get it working properly after 4 years, which is also apparent from the reviews and stars. Issues: - Motion and Alarm functions don't work, that's what it's all about! - After formatting via WiFi with the app, the recordings freeze. - If the fat32 SD is full, the connection will be broken Remove SD card, format on PC, reboot. - Files are saved in avi, a folder for every minute. This is painstaking work to sort through and absurdly designed. - Online via WiFi is not possible. - When it gets dark, the IR must be switched on manually. - Time and date cannot be set, China standard time only. - In the event of a jam, only turning the mains voltage off/on helps. - Who helps Jotec to make the app work properly?

Hi, can you remote view the camera from other devices using other network/wifi/mobile data? Because mine was working fine until I updated the HDWIFICAMPRO months ago and now I'm unable to remote view the camera unless I'm on the same WIFI as the camera. It keeps saying "OFFLINE".
@@VeslinovPredragandroid I reset the camera maybe a thousand times but it still won’t be online on mobile data, it only goes online when I view it with the same wifi. What version of Hdwificampro do you use now?
@@ilockeyou I use version 7, hardware reset the camera and chose not the p2p menu that is for direct and also not yet camera is part of my network but the latest choiche to make it part of your network you must be patience, it takes about 1 minute to change from direct to your wifi network, if not try again and again.

Insert an sd card there the recordings are stored in avi format, although not reliable, sometimes it just drops out. In certain choices it is also stored hidden in your phone.
Your camera should be in your phone's Wi-Fi list after you've done a hardware reset. If your camera is already included in your WiFi network, you will find it under the menu setting in numbers and letters and QR code.
If you are not using the camera yet or have reset the hardware, you will find the ID in the Wifi list. If you are already connected to the camera, directly p2p or already via your WiFi network, you will find it under the menu settings together with a QR code translation.
How secure is camera? Can anyone conect with same camera if it is in the same range of the camera? Is it possibile to put a password to secure it, so no one can conect to it? Thanks
@@ohhhg7046 Me too. Got the damn thing off Amazon,can't get it to show up when I look at the network settings. The instructions are so small I need a magnifying glass to read them. This is the 5th video I've been to trying to get this thing to work.
Ive clicked on the link you have put here to buy it for around $30....I paid $90 through Dick Smith here in Australia...I think Ive been ripped off??? And a quick start guide came with it....with a youtube address on the front of the guide....When you type it in and takes you to You Tube there is no video guide there to help.

The camera is still not included in your own router WiFi network, read the correct choice in the menu carefully and keep trying

What helped me was turning off "mobile data" if you want to connect to the camera. Weird but it worked

Video creator weren't able to connect in the video via mobile data. Only a frozen image appears. I have the same problem
