Lately I've refrained from trying to "mirror polish" the old vintage knives. Better to leave some character on them. But, I agree, Flitz works well. Thanks for watching, my friend.
Knife cleaned up nicely! I like the sawcut delrin. Relly nice for the Frontier line. (I think Jowika also made the old Sabre and Stag knives at one time.
That's a question that I've been wondering also, bdh. Tariffs would be okay if it helped to bring more knife manufacturing back to the U.S. Guess we'll have to wait and see. Thanks for watching, my friend.

Get some flitz its amazing polish
Agree - it needs some time but it’s worth spending it. Old silver nickel bolsters shine fantastic, works well on blades.

Its about the perfect size and weight for EDC! Thanks for watching, Jim.
Fantastic Tom, it really came out good. I wonder what any new tariffs might do to the cost of Chinese-Pakistani knives.
That's a question that I've been wondering also, bdh. Tariffs would be okay if it helped to bring more knife manufacturing back to the U.S. Guess we'll have to wait and see. Thanks for watching, my friend.
Patina is history Tom.
It sure is, John. I've been doing less "polishing" on these types of knives in order to keep some character to them. Thanks for watching, my friend.
Good job of cleaning a piece of history.
Thanks, big brother. I appreciate you dropping by!

Have fun carrying it on St. Patrick’s Day!
How do you sharpen it?
I freehand sharpen my knives. I haven't invested in a "fancy" sharpening system yet. Thanks for watching, Hank.
