Thanks for nice video! I like it, except I have different opinion on the old Dior eyeshadows. First, a few years ago "luxury" definitely did not mean crazy pigmented colors aroud the eyes. Second, I have Dior palettes even older than the ones you showed and I never had problems with blending or fall out. What I count as their benefit is that they are after all this years in the same condition as they were. What I cannot say about the most of the palettes with new very buttery pigmented formulas (I do not have new Dior´s) which are really changing they quality after the end of their shelf life... By which I do not mean that the new Dior is worse than previous, only that the previous was also very good.

You’re right the Dior formerly formula is dry and patchy. I’m ordering me the new eyeshadow palette called Grand Bal and can’t wait to put my hands on it. Fancy the Mitza , Rouge Trafalgar and Black Bow as well but I’ve got both of Chanel autumn winter 2020 and the 2019 Modern Glamour so I skip it. Dior is nicer with five colours and sweetness tones to its scheme in my opinion. Very nice tutorial on you using Black Bow here. Thanks 🙏 xx

I agree, Dior has great foundation and mascara, also blush, but the eyeshadows were always a bit.. But it's getting better and better, and as usual you rocked the look♡

I appreciate the demo you did showing the older formula performance against the new formula. Unfortunately, I bought my first Dior palette a few months ago and I have the hardest time making it work for me. So I appreciated you bringing the receipts, lol Maybe in this case I would be willing to give the new formula a try.
@@CHERIVOYAGE It's very helpful from an expert like you. I also have been making it work using the NYX glitter glue and it seemed to work best with that even though I have more prestigious primers. I'll try your hydrating foundation trick next. Thanks

I always enjoy your videos and reviews! And it’s so funny as your video was right there front and centre at the top of my feed just as I sat down at a nice outdoor cafe to watch some UA-cam JUST after purchasing the Rouge Trafalgar quint. Serendipity or what! Lol! 😂 I’m hoping the formula is better for my hooded eyes as much as I love my Blue Beat Spring Glow Vibes quint I noticed it really creases and transfers on me unlike any of the other shadows from affordable to luxury that I have. I was quite disappointed by that though I still love the looks I get from that quint. And I’m SO glad you mentioned that Dior’s blushes are rather dry. It’s funny how I never hear reviews of their blushes of anybody mentioning that and yet I feel the exact same way. They’re surprisingly dry. I hope they step up to the plate on that as I feel they need to not just rest on their name. Your look was beautiful! I’ll be looking forward to your looks with the other quints! 🤗💕

I have collected Dior eye palettes for year Cheri. I have also ordered some of the new ones. This look is beautiful on you and I LOVE your eyelashes. Can I ask what glue you use. Lately I have been trying the Duo quick dry with the wand and mine have come off in the corner while I have been out- not good. Think I will go back to the regular Duo unless there is a better one out there.

Oh yes the old formula is shocking for the price .... over $100 in Australia. As we cannot return cosmetics I am not sure If I will buy the new ones...... we are in "lock down" so no shops are open yet and I think its something I would like to see in the flesh .
Dior really needs to up its game but ..... OMG , I do love their Rouge lipstick range!!! The ones in the dark blue cases!!!!
