This builder has obviously had some experience in making "stuff" from scratch and I must hand it to him, he has done a pretty good job of making something out of basically salvaged items. The advice to all you naysayers, go build one yourself and document its build on UA-cam so we can see what you got. I have built a few budget buggies that have trounced high dollar rigs, I appreciate this builder. I do agree with the commentators, ditch the music, and tell us what kind of trans you are using and give us some basic dimensions. Keep up the good work and share some details.
That is some seriously funky Mad Max engineering and craftsmanship but it did give me the idea to put a cheap V-Twin air-cooled engine in my Volkswagen bug I never would have thought of
So many people are sold on engines that produce the highest Horsepower ratings... This video has shown that relatively low HP ratings could effectively power a vehicle as the TORQUE the engine produces at lower RPM's is actually more useful, without having to rev the engine more than 2,500 RPM... Coupled with a sturdy transmission and engine, like this was, this vehicle actually became extremely effective!!!
This is awesome!!! Sensible power, reliable inexpensive engine, the transaxle & clutch will easily handle the power of that engine, many parts CAN be bought at many auto parts stores... Reasonable performance and a complete engine replacement will cost no more than $450 for a completely new 420 cc unit... I really like the low CG of this vehicle, as it has much less tendency to roll on hard turns... After this experiment is worked out, the creator has a real potential to sell the plans and parts to build them... It probably won't win races with a machine that somebody paid more than $25k. on, but how important is that anyway... It will provide safe, fun and reliable OHV use, that will probably go as far, if not further than much more expen$I've machines... Beautiful / simple and effective design work!!!
I would've used the Predator v twin with a full build! You've inspired me to go back to welding again! Hitting Harbor Freight this week for a new mask and rods!😃👊
You could put a 420 predator engine in it. They come with only 13hp from the factory or harbor freight, but the aftermarket for them is huge you could totally have it cammed out with billlet parts n easily push around 30 hp
Looks awesome, very resourceful in what you have come up with .The only real thing I would address is the seating position,I would try to get the seat pan a little lower so your head isn’t above the cage and a little safer if you roll it over.
Pretty cool! I only have one negative observation, If you happen to have some kind of accident it looks like that shifter lever May impel you! Other than that awesome!
Good job dude. Make some turning brakes, one lever for the left, one for the right rear wheel, helps for high speed turns when there's no weight up front, and for donuts on the fly!
Man I want to split a late 90s Polaris 4x4 quad front to back and in the middle then merry the pieces to a skidoo tunnel making a 4x4 buggy then I have a built Rotax outta my sled electric fans and just a cool buggy that’s 4x4. Polaris is chain drive front and back so would be a cheap east project.
Nice job, excellent use of what you in the shop, I to am build it out of what you have on hand type of guy.. my hats to you sir great job and keep wrenches love to see more.. it does inspire myself and I'm sure other to get back out in shop and build build build... Thanks for the inspiration...

I enjoy your creativity of working around the set backs making your own tools.
Something built is better then something bought!!!🤘
Who the hell told you that?
depends, if you are a professional craft-man, you can manage to craft something out of scratch that was supposed to be bought...
the only problem is the damn backgound music
That is some seriously funky Mad Max engineering and craftsmanship but it did give me the idea to put a cheap V-Twin air-cooled engine in my Volkswagen bug I never would have thought of
Thats an awesome buggy.
Im really aurprised by the build myself. With how well the small engine performed when paired with a transmission
Great job
The cool thing about this is its universal you can use litterally any engine of your choice.

Very nice
Put 2 bolts on the clutch adjustment to lock it down or it will come loose. 👍
Cool buggy man. It’s nice to see that engine will push the buggy so fast.

Would be a monster with a 670cc with go power sport mods😳
Naw the V twin Predator with a full build electric start!!
Those little predator motors are sweet
I love to build things, and for sure I will build one of this, awesome build thank you for sharing👍👍👍👍👍👍💯
Waited for 2 month for this part
Great, good job, keep up the good work. Nice.
Very nice very cool to see only a 17 horse can be powered that way with a gearbox and have enough power to move that size buggy that's very cool
Still looks fast with that motor
Mantap bang... saya juga lagi bikin mini buggy...🙏😊😊👍
You did an absolutely perfect job it was very professional you made this buggy bulletproof good for you
Looks awesome, very resourceful in what you have come up with .The only real thing I would address is the seating position,I would try to get the seat pan a little lower so your head isn’t above the cage and a little safer if you roll it over.
I have to say that looks like a great buggy love the way you did it.
Very nice work. Looks fun. Imagine what you could build with proper tools.
Your work is awesome, and inspiring.
It's so cool to have a gearbox with one of those engines! What car is the gearbox from?
Looks like air cooled vw
2WD Subaru that uses a boxer engine possibly.
Volkswagen bus trans
It's actually taken from Moskvich 21412 (Aleko).
I noticed you have a page in Russian with a more complete build, do you think you could translate more videos so i get to understand how it went
Good video...

I only have one negative observation,
If you happen to have some kind of accident it looks like that shifter lever May impel you!
Other than that awesome!
Buggy nice. Human like buggy.
That's cool u know I believe that you could add a starter on the trans, and it will be electric start
Thanks,nice car
Fico show 😃😄😄 parabéns pela máquina, que fabricação e as medicações ficaram ótimas...🦾🦾🦾
Hello very good morning very parents
Boa noite amigo depois do teste quebrou alguma peça no seu carrinho? Show de bola viu parabéns pelo o seu trabalho👌👊🤝🇧🇷🫣
Well done man ! - I like your great, super fast buggy ! 👍👍👍
Looks sick!!!
I would've used an old smaller manual transmission. That steering wheel looks painful.
Buggy came out cool!!!
Love it . If that was mine I'd drop a 1000cc in that
Also need to do something like this for driving on my farm land
That thing is way faster than I thought it would be. Sounds like you use the same translator that Kreosan used.
Good job dude. Make some turning brakes, one lever for the left, one for the right rear wheel, helps for high speed turns when there's no weight up front, and for donuts on the fly!
Nice work 👍 It looks quick!
WOW...... i did not think that was going to work at all
SUPER....parabéns...

So what transmission did you use?
Moskvitch Aleko/AZLK-21412
Great tutorial

You probably should've made the top of the cage taller as your helmet sticks up passed the halo.
I love it men
Awesome video this is my first time commenting on any video but I like what you did 😎👍💯
I love this ideas
Awesome job, it handles well!
Creative and sick as heck !!! Nice vid and great build.
I like this
did you have to turn the ring and pinion around ?
Sorry I missed it, what was the transmission from? ...
From a Russian car named Moskvich Aleko
do u use speechelo?
Nice
So what did u use for a clutch?
The only issue i noticed, was you really should have double flared those hydraulic lines.
I am from India🇮🇳... Support💪
Sir I'm frm india. The pulsar 220cc Indian bike engine can suitable for car gear box? For makeing forming usages vehicle?
Nice asemble

Looks like air cooled vw
It's actually taken from a Russian car named Moskvich Aleko or AZLK-21412

Where’s the transmission from
Prolly a vw or Porsche
Is deff a Volkswagen
From Moskvich Aleko
