Lock the brakes before sitting down. And don't take them off until you are stood up. It's very dangerous to try sitting on a rollator without putting the brakes on first.
The service life of most rollators is ended by brake failure. Some genius engineer needs to get on that. But then, if they make longer-lasting brakes, they'd sell a lot fewer rollators.
The presenters, are not elderly nor disabled- how typical! instead of a studio presentation, why not a real life situation on a street with a genuine user. Assuming that there are optimal adjustments for heights why not say what they usually would be. For example show someone needing a hip replaced, using their rollator to negotiate kerbs, broken pavements and sloping areas, and giving tips on how to deal with road furniture, in short , get a real person rather than some actor guessing how useful it is.
