I have learned alot from your videos. i have a bosch 11227e 20 years, needs an armature tho, took it apart and replaced piston shaft that broke. So i bought a 11240 not hammering, did service pack and new oil. Took up 700 ft ceramic tile and worked fine. Thank you for your excellant channel. Is there an alternative armature for 11227e? i love that machine!
Hello, very nice work. Do you have spares from that machine? Because I cannot find it. It's the electrical coil. It's my favorite working tool and I cannot lose it. Can you please help me? Thank you
As usual very helpful😁. I wanted to know how to insert the ball bearing of the top site motor on the housing. For me it looks like the housing needs to be warmed up before? The shaft is getting even more tighter at a certain part. Thanks all for helping comments
@@handyman7282 perfect. Good to know. Wasn't sure how aluminium will react. I believe some minutes with air gun or 60degrees in backing oven should be enough?
@@handyman7282 those special rings over the o rings on the hammer are very stressy. I have installed them and pressed with cords to get back in his shape but the hammer does not enter smoothly. I've have to hammer it and then those rings get damaged. Any suggestions?
@@handyman7282 Thank you for the answer. I understand that rubber rings create compression, and fluoroplastic rings protect rubber rings from wear and increases their lifetime.
Hi, Great videos, have watched lots of them, hoping to be able to service my old HM1100C 240V. At 26.06 you manage to remove the cup cover. My one is stuck tight (WD40'ed it) and using my 18mm (correct size) socket rounded the hexagonal head a little. Do you have any tip or advice how to break the grip the cupcover has with the body? Regards, Dave
Hello, thank you, If you willing to rep[lace it you can drill two holes in it to use pliers or something similar to get good grip. Or you can try heat up aliuminium housing then it will expand little and maybe you will be able to make the job. But don`t heat it to much.
They sound like two good suggestions. Just bought it from eBay and suspect its dry of lubrication, do I have to enter from top, or can i come from underneath? And if from underneath, will i need any specialist tools other than the good socket/spanner set I have already?
@@davelittle6970 You can check spare parts view: www.mtmc.co.uk/Makita-HM1100C-Spare-Parts__p-75804.aspx You need to go from top and from front of the tool. If you suspect that it`s grease problem you can open tool from front and then check o-rings (they must be round not flat). If o-rings are good you can put new grease and try the tool. But normally if grease is burned out you need to replace o-rings and put new grease.
thank you what would be an absolutely brilliant video if you could make it would be showing how much oil different Hilti stuff needs like for instance how much oil does a Hilti TE 76 need etc etc
Hello and thank you for the video
a quick question, how much grease do you put when the machine is all cleaned
Thank you very much
I love your videos.

Found out that there is a special tool. Number 1R214. It is a taper sleeve. But very hard to find...
Thank you for video. can the impact bolt be left without fluoroplastic rings, only with rubber?
Hello, not tested, but I Think no because you will not get good compression

No, oil is burning out when you use tool...
