'Gross & Disgusting': YSL Lawyers Confront Judge Over New Ex Parte Transcript

- Prosecutors in the Young Thug / YSL case yesterday revealed another ex parte meeting between them and now-recused Judge Ural Glanville regarding Kenneth "Woody" Copeland's testimony. It took place on June 7 and set up the June 10 meeting with Woody.
The new judge, Judge Paige Reese Whitaker, gave attorneys a "rough transcript" of the meeting at the end of Tuesday, and defense attorney Max Schardt opened today (Wednesday, July 31) with a heated complaint about the meeting and what was discussed.

Fulton County Chief Deputy District Attorney Adriane Love complained about Schardt's comments calling prosecutors "co-conspirators" and asked Judge Whitaker to remind everyone to adhere to standards of professionalism.
Whitaker said she didn't think Schardt fairly characterized everything in the transcript from the newly revealed June 7 ex parte, but she also told Love there were comments made that would have made her a "little hot under the collar," too.

@@JakeFromKushFarm ending the trial would have huge repercussions for the justice system in Fulton County, and, to a lesser extent, the state as a whole. The long term consequences might well improve that system, but, in the short term, it would increase the backlog of cases. Ending the trial requires full consideration by the judge.

Therefore, I’d argue she made it to where she is in some part, at least, due to her skin color.

Yes finally a judge who’s doing there job unbiased. So sad that young successful artist, who come from a particular walk of life be heald against there will for The state, and the court,to try and use there power and resources of being one’s who uphold righteousness in the community to abuse that power, and go against the very laws and rights invested by the founding fathers,to be so easily destroyed by some individuals who probably want these men locked up because they see some one in there family or people they grew up with in these individuals. To want to incarcerate men who may not be completely innocent, but still have not been proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt is blasphemy and goes against everything American. Let’s say they were not African American but white and part of a fraternity would the courts and DA have treated them the same. Absolutely not. This is a perfect example of everything that is wrong with our judicial system. These men probably grew up without an adult male in the household, and now the children of these men are going through the same. The judge is doing a good job but the defense is just throwing everything up to stop the trial from even happening I’ve never seen a trial where u can’t even hear the evidence just a bunch of lawyers arguing back and forth and grandstanding it’s ok to be a tough advocate but at some point I have to at least let the trial play out

@@NewYorkJay1982 I think they're talking about the fact there was more than one. The second was the one the defense was told about after. This is one that happened before that, that the new judge found out about. She gave them a partial transcript on until they could get the whole thing and after reading it a whole can of worms was opened

First meeting that got original judge thrown off case was on a Monday..
The new judge yesterday gave a transcript of another meeting on Friday before that defense knew nothing about it !
So 2 illegal meetings were held to intimidate a witness .
Lil Woody has if testifying again on cross he will say he was intimidated to testify.
( He has talked about the system scaring people into testify with threats, in interviews after the trial has been put on hold)
So if the judge moves forward, Lil Woody will destroy the court hearings with the threats in those two meetings !
