Well there are may mistakes you could have made,Here are all of them:You put negative wire in positive input of led chip or the positive one in the negative input.Or the motor is too weak so it doesnt produce enought voltage for the bulb to activate.Or something is broken,maybe some leds chip or something else,maybe its beaczse the wind isnt spining thr blade very fast so it Doesnt reach enought RMP to make enought volatge
It's a toy motor, a walkman DC motor. It can't generate power to drive entire LED hub. It seems that the LED circuit is driven by AC mains.
