I also work in a Deli, very similar to the one that you work in. From 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM I typically operate the cold cut slice line or prepare chickens for the rotisserie. Every once in a while I’ll cook for the hot bar if our main cook calls in or if we’re short. Not a hard job tbh, just something a lot of people are intimidated by. Love the videos my dude!
