That homemade salsa 💃
My mouth was watering the entire cooking part of the vid
Here is my mother’s salsa recipe
3 clove of fresh garlic with a little water and blend in the blender. Then add 1 big can of peeled tomatoes, 3-4 peppers, handful of cilantro and salt to taste. Blend all and enjoy. Here is a tip- she roasts her peppers in a dry pan until they are starting to look black on each side. That charredness adds flavor. If it’s too hot 🥵 you can add more can tomatoes to calm it down.

Ace is the chef on food network that always keeps it simple and executes the dish well which wins 70% of the time. Micah is the chef who is super ambitious and tries to go outside of the box and only wins 30% of the time. But lets be honest, everyone prefers the ambitious chef.

Tbh, the catfish around me really don't have a fishy flavor at all. They're usually very mild unless its a big catfish (which i don't advise keeping ever). Love the videos, man!
