@@AStanton1966 Actually, the cops are allowed to use whatever they want in their duties. Especially those available to a civilian. Just because they are police officers doesn't mean they aren't afforded "the basic right to self-defence available to every person in the US" unless a crime is happening upon them or aligning with stereotypical forms of violence against cops. So you can keep fantasizing about the criminal suing the officer and taking over his house, cause that's never gonna happen and the perp is dead. Oh and I'm sorry you feel angry about police winning another firefight against a criminal, please mirror those feelings in a youtube comment section all day womp womp.

Just because they are police officers doesn't mean they aren't afforded "the basic right to self-defence available to every person in the US" unless a crime is happening upon them or aligning with stereotypical forms of violence against cops. Officers don't need to be "qualified" to use things outside of their departmental issue. In fact, a court would likely agree that officers have more leeway due to their already enhanced training. @AStanton1966 That's interesting. I thought my initial statement was clear enough. Let me be clearer, I am a criminal defense attorney in Florida and I know the law better than a tractor sitting 58 year old. I reviewed your youtube channel, you are not qualified to argue with me. Reflect your biases against the police somewhere else. Once again, just because people are working in the capacity of a law enforcement officer, does NOT mean they are deprived of the rights afforded to every american citizen besides police protocol.

We need to provide better mental health care for our first responders and veterans returning from wars. These are good, brave men. My late husband was a Captain in the Army during the Vietnam War with disabilities and committed suicide a few months ago. He expressed many of the same feelings and ideas that Nygard was expressing. He was not going to be taken alive. He also had these suicidal ideations. Had bad work reviews. Thought the world was persecuting him. Had anger issues. Our veterans are not bad men, or criminals trying to get better. They are sick men trying to get well. There should be no assumption on the part of society that these brave men come home mentally well. Mental health treatment should be an ongoing necessary condition of receiving veteran's benefits and pensions. Maybe tragedies like these could be avoided. It's horrific to see the violent death of a loved one. I pray for mercy, healing and forgiveness every day.

Nygard had a victim mentality where everyone else was wrong and he was always innocent. If his mom frequently called the cops on him, he was likely the problem. If his work gave him a bad review, he likely deserved it. If he had multiple bad encounters with law enforcement, he likely caused them. Nygard and his girlfriend were delusional and a genuinely good man lost his life because of it.

this was a domestic call. and to those people who hate this murder, but yet in still call for mass deportations....every single case of a deportation target is a domestic call for the officers who will be federally deputized to seize deport targets. those of us who have loved ones in law enforcement understand this....and this false flag support of trump is not supported by the officers on the ground and in the fight.
