My kids love these rocks, they can go on forever making the rocks glow in the dark. If you don't have a glow in the dark flashlight, I show you how to make your cell into a black light flashlight so all you need are fluorescent (neon) paints and rocks of course lol.
I wanted to see what the dots would like all in neon colors, these paints are certainly not made for dotting, and I didn't like the overall look of the dotted rock, I like it bright and empty more, so I wouldn't do dots next time.
Decals are in my Etsy shop, order early to avoid disappointment, snail mail is taking forever because of COVID-19.
