For a simple explanation. Its similar to snapping your fingers with your middle finher amd thumb with a pen in between. If you practice a few hundred tiimes you should get get Also a quick tip use a heavier pen as lighter pens have a higher chance of going flying everywhere
If it doesn't spin out of your hand, loosen your grip, if it isn't flipping over your thumb, close your fingers slightly upward instead of just closing them like a to your palm. Experiment with where to grab the pen, you'll need center or a bit more of the backend on the left (in this clip) if it's a lighter pen. Good Luck!
