Hi Janine, thanks for your question, and yes, it's pretty difficult for a beginner, and I had the same problem when I was new to polygel too. So always do one nail at each time, and start from the pinky, then ring finger then middle, index finger, and thumb, that's because we use our thumb and index finger the most and while you are working on the rest of the nails you can always use them to help hold the dual form that you are working on. Also, a polygel clip could help you hold your dual forms too while you are working on the underside of the nails. It takes time to practice, trust me, if you do one finger each time, you would see the difference between the first one and the last one, remember practice makes perfect.
