Sangakkara was given out with the ball brushing his shoulder on the way to Gilchrist batting on 193 against Australia in Perth. 2007 if my memory serves me right. SL were chasing a score close to 500 and ended up losing by not much. That mighy have been a closer match and quite an innings if Sanga had a review up his sleeve

That was some test match. Forced to follow-on, Sri Lanka not only saved the test match but went almost 200 runs ahead with 40 or so overs remaining before bad light stopped play. Even if light stayed good, draw was the likely result.
England was not even shadow of what they were in the summer before this one.

Dropped catches surely helped but not even the last man gave away his wicket cheaply. Arguably "The great escape - Sri Lankan version". Hopefully history repeats!
