The aircraft was originally intended for S7 Airlines which was not taken due to sanctions Imposed on Russia. It was then intended for ITA Airways, then Jet airways, but both didn't take it too hence Avlon leasing it to Cebu Pacific (I doubt that it's a temporary aircraft as it's painted in their colors though the rows are different their own A320neo's)

I rode this plane back in august of last year, it looks a lot newer, cleaner, and better than their other a320 ceos it is a new aircraft after all.
